What do we do?

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire young learners.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and administrators to ensure holistic development.
  •  Serve as a role model, instilling leadership qualities in our future trailblazers.


Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development: Create engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.

 

  • Classroom Management: Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

 

  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track children's development.

 

  • Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child's progress.




Who is suitable for this?

  • Education: Preferably possess a degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

 

  • Certification: Holding relevant certifications or licenses in early childhood education is advantageous.

 

  • Experience:Previous experience working with young children is beneficial.

 

  • Clearances: Must pass background checks, ensuring the safety of children.
