DECISION MAKING
Often time, we hear children saying "I don't know?" "Anything!". This makes them unable to even make a decision for themselves. These are signs of not wanting to hold accountable or responsible if something happens, therefore, they rather not make the decision themselves. Making decision allows them to move forward, to trial and error, instead of staying put at the same spot.
CHARTING GOALS
Having a goal to achieve, allows the children to be purpose driven. But sometimes, our goals that we set, is seemed to big to achieve. What are the ways we can break each action step down, and what are the habits we can start building to bring us one step closer to our goal.
TEAMWORK
"If you want to go fast, go alone; But if you want to go far, go in a TEAM"
In this path of realizing your dream, we will need to learn how to work in a team, with our peers and comrade. Speaking up and sharing ideas is a key element for us to work in a team, to be able to listen and understand from other's point of views.
